A custom home should make an impression from the curb and continue delivering in every room.

Our Hoeken Design Build team brought this Raleigh home to life with a bold brick exterior, a statement entry, and a spacious kitchen designed for everyday living and entertaining.

We are proud to see another thoughtfully built Southern Concepts home come together.

🏡 Some homes never go out of style.

This custom home in Five Points was built with lasting quality in mind, from the slate roof to the finish details throughout. Every choice was made to hold up over time, not just look good on move-in day.

Built by Southern Concepts Design Build with Greg Paul, a division of Hoeken Design Build.

Custom means keeping what matters. 🤍

This limestone basin was salvaged from the original house on the property. Same sink, new life.
