Notice of Public Hearing for Perennial Solar Project

Perennial proposes to construct a solar on two contiguous, privately-owned undeveloped agricultural properties, identified as Tax Map 23, Parcel 65 and Tax Map 23, Parcel 200, and the project will occupy approximately 70 acres west of Greencastle Pike and south of Fairview Road, Hagerstown, Maryland, 1100 feet southwest of the intersection of Maryland Route 494 (Fairview Road) and Maryland Route 63 (Greencastle Pike).

The first evening hearing for the purpose of receiving comments from the public on the Application will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via virtual meeting. If you would like to speak at the hearing, please send an email to [email protected] by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. The meeting will be held through WebEx and participants will receive an email with the link to the virtual meeting.
