We see this a lot in central Arkansas and in way more devices than just outlets. This is why handymen and non licensed journeymen should NOT be doing electrical work at any level or price point. Hire only licensed, insured contractors and only pay once but more importantly ensure the safety of your family

Had a neighbor and past client knock on our door last Sunday evening. His thermostat and air conditioning had stopped working
and the hvac contractor was refusing to come out until Monday. They were getting ready to move his ailing wife and a truck load of her necessary medical equipment to a family members house as the heat inside was getting pretty bad. Although typically we do not service hvac equipment, in this case springing into action was the only option. I was able to troubleshoot the issue and get the cool air flowing again for these great neighbors in no time. At Hoffman Electric we care about the folks in our community and solving problems is exactly what we do!!!
