After the ice storm some significant leaking gave way to a very significant find! Unbeknownst to anyone beforehand there was already a substantial leak happening. We were able to remove the siding cut out the bad wood and replace it and seal everything back up along with the original issue coming from above. We put it all back together just like new! We have been so busy lately that its been hard to post but we just finished up a huge project in Charlottesville. We replaced all the old material on over 130 of these bump out windows with PVC! We also wrapped over 130 more with white aluminum. Needless to say they really brought the property back!!!!
