At US Helicals, we're looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Safety & Compliance Clerk to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in construction safety, regulatory compliance, and operations.

What You'll Do
• Maintain safety, compliance, and training records
• Prepare reports, documentation, and spreadsheets
• Manage Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documentation
• Assist with OSHA, customer, and IRA compliance documentation
• Support accident investigations and internal safety audits
• Perform safety inspections for sites, vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Provide administrative support to our Safety, Compliance, and Operations team
What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Bilingual
Construction, OSHA, IRA or safety experience is helpful—but not required. We're happy to train the right person!
