The blue inversion drum is one of the key pieces of equipment used during trenchless pipe lining. It allows the resin-saturated liner to be carefully installed into the existing sewer pipe, where it cures to form a new structural pipe within the old one.

It's one of the technologies that helps us rehab sewer lines with minimal excavation, just like at this multi-unit building. Using this specialized trenchless equipment, we're able to rehab existing sewer lines from within the building and through existing access points, reducing the need for extensive excavation.

Whether it's a multifamily property, condominium, apartment building, or commercial facility, restoring a damaged sewer line quickly is key to minimizing disruption for occupants.

Trenchless pipe lining isn't just for residential sewer repairs. It is also a great solution for colleges, universities, hospitals, office buildings, municipal facilities, and commercial properties who depend on reliable underground infrastructure to keep daily operations running. But don't want the hassle of excavation and downtime in their business.

Our trenchless technology allows us to rehabilitate aging sewer lines with minimal excavation, which helps reduce disruption to parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and building operations.

We recently completed this project at a local college campus, completing a long-lasting repair during the summer maintenance window.

The crew recently relined an older brick sewer with a CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) liner, not an easy installation. Older brick sewer manholes present unique challenges compared to lining a standard clay or cast iron pipe.
Brick sewers are old and years of age can leave uneven surfaces, deteriorated mortar joints, and irregular dimensions that make installation a little less predictable.
We were able to rehabilitate this sewer from the inside, preserving the original structure while creating a new, durable pipe within it.

No two trenchless lining jobs are the same. Every project has its own unique challenges, but with the right expertise and the right equipment, we're able to restore aging sewer lines with minimal disruption and long-lasting results.

Often homeowners ask themselves "What is this project actually going to look like at my house?"

Imagine repairing your sewer line, instead of replacing it. That usually means no excavator or heavy equipment, no piles of dirt, no torn-up yard, no new landscaping required. Our crew can usually gain access through an existing cleanout, a crawlspace or a basement.

For property owners, that means:
- Less disruption to the building
- Minimal impact to landscaping and hardscaping
- Reduced restoration costs
- A durable, long-lasting repair that can last up to 50 years

Every project is different, but our goal is always the same: restore the sewer line with as little disruption to the homeowner or business as possible.

Is your pipe a candidate for trenchless lining?

Not every damaged sewer pipe needs to be excavated and replaced. We start with a camera inspection to diagnose the issue within your pipe.

Every project is different, which is why a thorough inspection is the first step. Sometimes homeowners already have a sewer camera inspection from another company, and that is perfectly fine.
We're happy to review the inspection footage to evaluate the condition of the sewer line and determine whether trenchless pipe lining is a suitable solution.

From there, we'll recommend the most effective repair option based on the condition of your pipe, helping you make an informed decision with confidence.

Did you know trenchless pipe lining has been around for more than 50 years?

Developed in the early 1970s, trenchless pipe lining was created to solve one major problem: repairing underground pipes without tearing up roads, driveways, and landscaping.

Today, the technology continues to help homeowners and businesses restore aging sewer lines with far less disruption than traditional excavation.

Sometimes the best innovations are the ones you never see, because they're happening underground.

It’s one of the first questions we ask when a customer calls:
“Do you already have a camera inspection?”

Sometimes homeowners or property managers already have an inspection completed by another company, and we’re always happy to review the footage and assess the condition of the line from there.
If a camera inspection has not been completed yet, we can provide one.
A sewer camera inspection allows us to see inside the pipe and identify:
- What the issue is
- Where the issue is located
- The overall condition of the line
- Whether trenchless repair may be an option

Knowing what and where the issue is, helps us determine the best possible solution, and whether trenchless repair is an option.
