The blue inversion drum is one of the key pieces of equipment used during trenchless pipe lining. It allows the resin-saturated liner to be carefully installed into the existing sewer pipe, where it cures to form a new structural pipe within the old one.

The crew recently relined an older brick sewer with a CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) liner, not an easy installation. Older brick sewer manholes present unique challenges compared to lining a standard clay or cast iron pipe.

It’s one of the first questions we ask when a customer calls:
“Do you already have a camera inspection?”
