Meet J’Barkus (“JB”) — a sweet, well-mannered boy who is ready to find his forever home. JB is about 6 years old, around 40 lbs, and looks like an oversized beagle with the most striking blue eyes you’ll ever see. He knows basic commands like sit and lay down and has a calm, gentle demeanor.
JB came to Queen Anne’s County Animal Services as a stray and was never reclaimed, but his story doesn’t end there.
