Progress continues to take shape at Pleasant View Communities as we move closer to occupancy!

Join Brent Martin for a quick update on the latest work happening throughout the space. Since drywall was hung, finishes have continued to come together as our team moves through the final stages of the renovation project and prepares the space for turnover.

It’s exciting to see everything nearing completion, and we’re looking forward to sharing the finished result soon.

Congratulations to John Roehm on celebrating 13 years with Paul Risk Construction!

As a Superintendent, John plays an important role in keeping our projects moving, supporting our teams in the field, and helping uphold the quality and standards PRC is known for.

Thank you, John, for 13 years of hard work, leadership, and dedication to Team PRC. We’re grateful to have you as part of the legacy we continue to build together.

Safety is more than a jobsite priority — it’s about being prepared wherever you are.

Recently, Team PRC hosted a CPR recertification course to help our employees refresh the skills and confidence needed to respond in an emergency.

Whether it’s on the jobsite, in the office, or out in the community, being ready to act can make a real difference. We’re proud of our team for continuing to invest in safety and in looking out for one another.

A special thank you to Richard Canard and Lancaster EMS Educators for helping lead the training and supporting our team as we continue to make safety a priority.

We’re proud to be featured in this year’s Lancaster Chamber Thriving Magazine, sharing a little more about the Quarryville community we’re proud to call home.

Thank you to the Lancaster Chamber for the opportunity to highlight the people and organizations helping make our community stronger, including Solid Rock Youth Ministries, New Hope Counseling Center and Solanco Neighborhood Ministries.

At PRC, we’re grateful to work alongside organizations that continue to make a meaningful impact throughout Southern Lancaster County, and we’re proud to be part of the community they serve.

Safety goes beyond the jobsite. It means looking out for the person working beside you, too.

This week, Team PRC observed Construction Su***de Prevention Week, taking time to raise awareness, encourage conversations around mental health, and remind one another of the importance of building each other up. On Monday afternoon, our team also participated in the national Stand-Down to remember those we’ve lost and reinforce that no one should struggle alone.

The importance of this conversation cannot be overstated: more than 5,000 construction workers die by su***de each year—more than five times the number who die from workplace incidents.

Check in on your coworkers. Listen. Speak up. Build each other up.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988.

25 years later, we remember.

Today, we honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the first responders who answered the call, and the families and communities forever impacted by that day.

We remember their courage, their sacrifice, and the unity our country showed in the days that followed.

We will never forget.
