I still can't get over the quality and results we get from our new duct cleaner. We knew it was going to be better than anything I have used at past companies, but it performed way above my expectations. With this we were able to get the duct work looking almost new throughout the entire system. The process is actually a lot easier and creates no dust in the home either, which was a common problem with other systems I've used. Lastly, a common type of duct cleaning uses a rotating brush to knock dirt loose. That works fine in round/ metal ductwork, but a round brush can't clean a square duct... Also a rotating brush will knock off pieces of fiberboard or internal duct insulation which will deteriorate the insulation and may end up in your air... techs have also used rotating brushes in wall returns and caught wiring which can be dangerous and costly.

the system we use pulls a strong vacuum on the ductwork to pull out and catch all the dust you remove. Then we use a strong air compressor and use special wands to blow 175psi compressed air throughout the duct in a whipping motion. It's amazing to see the dirt get knocked off the duct and sucked away by the vacuum. I'm sure we can make some satisfying YouTube videos with this thing!

The only real downside is that the prep work takes a bit longer and there's more equipment.
