Got sent this awesome video from a customer in Puyallup who is doing a major landscape renovation. We completed a variety of electrical projects related to their remodel, one being providing wiring for this stunning water feature on their property. Really cool to see the finished product!

Grateful to Brent with for bringing us in to do some electrical work as part of a bathroom remodel. We relocated existing wiring for the water heater, swapped a separated bath outlet and switch for a 2gang box that will accommodate future backsplash and trim, added a new outlet in the hall, and a new switch for a 4-way switch set up.

Can’t wait to see this finished project from Deschutes General Contracting!

Why does putting in a ceiling fan cost so much?

Because every “simple fan swap” is a little different.

Pricing can depend on:

• All installations are done by a licensed journeyman electrician
• Ceiling height / ladder setup / access
• Whether the existing box is fan-rated and safe to support a fan
• Fan assembly required before install
• Remote control or wall switch setup
• Light kit wiring / added features
• Removal and disposal of the old fan or light

Sometimes it’s quick and straightforward. Sometimes it takes more time and materials than what you might expect.

When you hire us, you’re paying for safe installation, skilled labor, and getting it done right the first time.

A ceiling fan hanging overhead should be installed properly, especially if it’s 16 feet up.

From outdated to upgraded ✨

This home in Lakewood got a full electrical refresh:
• Installed a brand new ceiling light where none existed before
• Replaced old baseboard heaters with new Cadet heaters
• Upgraded thermostats to Mysa smart controls (and helped qualify for a Puget Sound Energy rebate)
• Swapped the dining room light for a fresh new fixture
• Completed a whole-home re-device for a cleaner, safer finish

From outdated to upgraded, we took out this homeowner’s old over-the-sink light and put in 3 wafer can lights as part of a mini kitchen remodel. In addition, we centered the existing pendant light over the new kitchen island, added additional wafer cans through out, and replaced 2 old 3/o style lights with ceiling fans.

If larger projects are not in the cards at the moment, sometimes a small lighting upgrade can be the answer to a refreshed space.
