Neeley Construction is a third-generation general contractor serving Western Washington. Even as we’ve grown since our founding in the 1950s, we are true to our roots: we know that our reputation for integrity and professionalism must be re-earned with every project. We know the value of team work, the importance of a handshake, and how to stick to our word. That’s what Alvin Neeley believed when he started the company and that’s what we still believe today. Neeley Construction has over 45 years experience building in the public sector. We specialize in K-12 construction, with work performed at more than 50 schools around Western Washington. Our work also includes colleges, fire stations, fields, and much more. 🏗️ Progress continues at the Lower Columbia College project!

🪵 Glulam beams and CLT panels are going up for the storage area enclosure, and the first glulam beams are now being installed at the front entrance.

At the Poulsbo Events & Recreation Center, we’re incorporating this massive boulder into a retaining wall. A pretty cool way to work with what the site gave us!

Steel and building components are taking shape as we continue making progress on the new facility. It’s exciting to see the project move from sitework into the vertical construction phase.
