Condo transformation in progress in Kirkland! 🎨✨

We’re giving this entire space a fresh, modern update with Sherwin-Williams Pure White on all walls and crisp flat white ceilings throughout. To complete the refresh, we’re replacing outdated light fixtures with brand-new LED flush mount fixtures for a brighter, cleaner, and more energy-efficient look.

I couldn’t be more proud of our team. Their attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to quality continue to impress me every day. It’s amazing to watch this transformation come together through their hard work and craftsmanship.

Yesterday we sealed every wall with Extreme Bond Primer to ensure maximum adhesion. Today, we’re spraying texture and bringing these walls back to life. Proper prep is what separates an average paint job from a lasting finish.

The transformation is underway! Today we’re masking and protecting the home before applying a bonding primer and texture. The extra prep work is what separates a good paint job from a great one.

Another exciting transformation underway! 🔥

This home is getting a complete refresh from top to bottom. We started by sealing all existing wallpaper with a bonding primer to ensure proper adhesion before applying orange peel texture throughout the home. From there, we’ll be painting all walls in Sherwin-Williams Accessible Beige, creating a warm, timeless look that will completely modernize the space.

We’re also color-matching and updating the existing olive green and red trim to a beautiful neutral beige, replacing outdated finishes with a clean, cohesive design. In addition, all light fixtures throughout the home will be upgraded, and the outdated brick fireplace/heater feature will be removed to open up the space and give it a fresh new feel.

A lot of preparation goes into achieving a flawless finish, and we’re excited to bring this vision to life. Stay tuned for the transformation! 👌
