No previous experience required. Good attitude, and reliability are a must. You will work under the on site foreman to complete remodeling projects in a timely and high quality manner. All projects will be in or around Windham County. Tasks will include painting, flooring, tiling, finish carpentry, and more.

Master bedroom/bathroom upgrade. This was a complicated project on an older house, and here is what our team did, start to finish:

Demo 2 layers of plaster and slats
Designed new layout
Fixed all framing, and built new walls
Ran new electrical wiring throughout, roughed in new plumbing fixtures in the bathroom and all of the baseboard heaters
Insulated throughout
Installed 4 new windows
Hung all drywall
Painted ceilings, walls, and trim
Installed bathroom floor and wall tile
Installed new trim throughout
Installed new electrical and plumbing fixtures
Installed new doors

We are looking for experienced remodeling professionals. In this position, you will lead a small team on remodeling projects; keeping on track with timelines. Experience in remodeling preferred. In our company, we seek to build skills in all areas of remodeling. Some of the tasks you will be assigned: interior framing, drywall installation, interior and exterior painting, vinyl flooring installation, trim installation, cabinet installation, and more.

The best fit for this role will be able to self-manage a small team, communicate progress, and troubleshoot issues with management. Our goal is to create self sufficient remodeling professionals who are looking to grow personally and professionally.

A little paint can make a big difference!

A quick before and after picture on our very first exterior painting job of the year. Along with the exterior painting at this house we also did the following:
-demo of interior walls
-installed drywall
-painted walls and ceilings
-installed kitchen cabinetry
-installed vinyl plank and vinyl tile flooring
-installed floor trim
-installed bathroom fixtures

A recent bathroom remodel that our team completed. We replaced all of the outdated fixtures, tiled the new shower walls, repainted, installed shelving and hardware, and replaced the flooring with luxury vinyl tile.

To follow on with this project, we are remodeling the rest of the house. Within less than a month, we have completed the bathroom, 2 bedrooms, an office, the living room, and an exterior door replacement. Next is a new roof, remodeled kitchen, and a basement renovation, and this house will be ready to sell for top dollar when the time comes.
