This one’s a little different from our normal videos. Nothing staged — just a day of what we actually do.

We leave the house, grab fuel and breakfast, hook up the trailer, head down to the woods, load up a load of cedar logs, and haul them back home.

If you’ve ever wondered what happens before the logs ever make it to the sawmill, this is part of it.

Everybody sees the sawmill and the lumber, but this woman is the one stacking it all.

Thousands and thousands of board feet, long days, and more stickers than anybody should have to deal with. Somehow she keeps showing up and doing it all over again.

The Ozark’s Sawyer wouldn’t be what it is without her, and I sure am thankful she’s been right beside me through it all. ❤️
