Yesterday our team had such a wonderful treat! Customers that we recently completed a home addition and remodel for invited us all over for a celebratory luncheon! The food was spectacular and their home looks fabulous!! It’s always so special when customers want show off their home after they are in and settled. We are so grateful to be part of helping people’s dreams become a reality. Thank you John & Kathleen Dailey Meneely for having us all yesterday and allowing us the opportunity to be your builder! 🏡❤️🥂 We wish you many wonderful years and memories in your home!

It was a productive morning at the AC Freeman House moving furniture around so the second stage of floor restoration could take place. This is such a unique project and we appreciate such great collaboration with the Charlotte-DeSoto Building Industry Association, the City Of Punta Gorda - Government, and other contractors and vendors that have helped throughout the project! Thanks for your help this morning Boyette & Miller Construction, Kuykendall Roofing, Inc., Mark Kemeny, Kathy Kemeny, Carlene Zeches, Michael Gunderson, TJ Thornberry, Chris Burke, Shan Swelland. We look forward to getting this incredible historic home restoration completed very soon....stay tuned for more pics!!

We recently completed this beautiful waterfront custom home in South Gulf Cove. This home was strategically designed to take advantage of the oversized lot and fantastic views! Took the boat “up river” today and decided to play “how many homes of our amazing customers’ can we see!?!” Some new, some 10+ years old. That’s what happens when you’ve built custom homes for over 20 years! Getting to facilitate people’s masterpieces is such a privilege and we are so grateful. Each one has its own style, design and love! 🏡
