That’s a wrap on this floor prep today! We have completely patched , filled in all control joints , ground the grout cap open and installed an epoxy cove and sanded it today, we also installed the colloidal silicate to block moisture and removed all sealants and any contaminants on this floor with a proper washing today ! We will be installing the coating next week Monday and Tuesday . This floor will be receiving a epoxy primer with sand system and then finally a full broadcast vinyl chip/ polyaspartic two coat system . Appelton

More prep on this floor today . We have all of the control joints filled in with Carbocrete 4000 now, ! This allows us to create a seamless floor. We also installed the terrazzo strips for the custom troweled cove system. We will be installing the cove tomorrow and will be doing our final grind and wash this week Thursday . Next week we will get this floor coating installed. Appelton !
