***PROGRESS UPDATE***

Bis steps happening this week and next at our basement home in Giles County. Basement walls are poured, basement slab is prepped for plumbing, slab plumbing installs today, inspections next week, pour slab of basment/garage/porch next week, and deliver frame material next week.

Progress on the Pulaski Square!
We have completed framing, delivered and installed windows and exterior doors, and started roughing in electrical. Electrical will finish up Monday then inspections will follow.
These store front windows and doors are STUNNING and have made these store fronts unrecognizable to what they were before.

***New Project***

We have a tear down/rebuild for a carport in Giles County. The project details consist of making a new open carport building with storage room fit on the old building foundation, all new underground electrical to the carport and other outbuildings, adding frost free hydrants around the carport/outbuildings, and propane being set new and connected back to the home.

We have completed framing the addition/renovation in Giles County. Here are some photos of the completed framing job prior to frame punch.

We finished framing the addition/renovation project in Giles County. We did a temporary dry in until plumbing is completed. Once plumbing is completed, we can install shingles and roof boots.
Next steps are frame punch, rough ins, windows, doors, and roofing.

***NEW PROJECT START***

On the square in Pulaski, we are giving the store fronts of C&C Printing and West Madison Salon a make-over. Follow along as we progress through these façade transitions over the next few weeks.

Framing is officially underway at our renovation/addition in Giles County. We anticipate a 2-3 week framing timeline till completion.

Footers have officially been poured on the basement home in Giles County. Next in line is basement walls.

Another Flashback Friday

These are some before and after photos of a full townhouse renovation we completed in Fairview in 2024. The home hadn't been lived in for a few months and needed to be stripped down to drywall and updated. The tubs and showers were especially, noticeably aged. We did not have to replace them, however, as our fiberglass company was able to restore them. Goes to show you that not everything has to be completely gutted to be restored correctly.

We are blessed with another opportunity to build our clients their dream custom home. When all is said and done, this basement home will have you thinking back about the good ol days talking with Momma on her front porch watching the sun set.
