We had the chance to drop off school supplies with Pueblo School District 60 ahead of the new year, and honestly, it’s humbling every time. These classrooms and the people in them are the heart of this community.

Tech Tuesday: How often should you lubricate your garage door?
We asked Ryan, and the answer depends on how the door is used. Commercial doors and auto shops see more frequent use and greater exposure to dust, so Ryan recommends lubricating those roughly every 6 months. For most homeowners, once a year is generally enough; but if your door starts getting noisy, that’s a sign it may need attention more often than the annual schedule.
