The poles you see throughout neighborhoods are typically distribution lines, which deliver electricity directly to homes and businesses.

One of the most common questions after a major storm is:

"Why is my neighbor's power back on but mine isn't?"

Utility crews typically restore power in this order:

In early July, a Conklin Powerline Services crew traveled to Pennsylvania to assist with storm restoration efforts following severe weather.

From replacing poles to restoring power safely and efficiently, our crew worked alongside local utility partners to help get communities back online.

Another day of safely getting the job done.

Our crews are installing a new transmission dead-end structure and removing multiple spans of 69kV conductor in preparation for future system improvements. Projects like these continue to strengthen our transmission capabilities while delivering reliable solutions for our customers.
