🏠 ROOF RESTORATION | CAMPO, COLORADO

BEFORE • DURING • FINAL

This customer wanted to preserve this building, and they called the right ones for the job.

This roof was in serious need of attention, and we didn’t come in just to patch a leak and move on.

We started with the removal and focused on the areas that truly needed attention. We got down to the bones of the roof, including the decking and framing where needed, making sure the problems were addressed instead of simply covered up.

Every building is different, and this one really shows how much attention to detail goes into the finished product. The corners, the angles, the transitions, and all the little details take time, craftsmanship, and good workmanship. It’s those details that make the difference when everything comes together.

Huge shoutout to the guys who put the work in on this one. We stayed locked in, knocked this project out, and the finished product speaks for itself.

At EZ Foam Roofing & Coating, we don’t just spray foam. WE DO ROOFS TOO.

Residential or commercial, if your roof needs attention, whether it’s leaks, deterioration, repairs, restoration, or a complete coating system, give us a call.

Protect your investment this winter and beyond.

Another local job completed here in Carlton, Colorado.

This was a 40x40 building, with two inches of closed cell on the walls and three inches on the roof deck.

From the beginning, we knew this customer wanted more than just insulation. He wanted to tighten up the building, add strength, seal it up, and finish it right. That’s exactly what we set out to do.

He wanted the inside to match the outside tin color, and that’s what we delivered.

These are the kind of jobs we love. When a customer pays attention to the details, and we get the opportunity to execute those details, the finished product speaks for itself.

At EZ Foam Insulation, we stand behind the finished product. Something you can put your name on.

As owner/operators, we’re involved in every aspect of the job, from prep, to spraying, to painting, all the way down to cleanup. Every step matters, and we make sure the process is carried out 100%.

Another one in the books.

EZ Foam Insulation.

Respect the spray. Let the work speak for itself.

🏠 Closed-Cell Spray Foam Roof Deck

Another roof deck wrapped up by EZ Foam LLC.

For this project, we applied 2 inches of closed-cell spray foam directly to the roof deck, creating a continuous insulation and air-sealing layer throughout the building.

Once the foam installation was complete, the entire roof deck was finished in white, giving the space a much brighter, cleaner appearance while keeping the exposed-truss look the owner wanted.

From garages and shops to agricultural and commercial buildings, closed-cell spray foam is a great option when you want high R-value per inch, air sealing, and a durable insulation system.

💧 Grain Bin Foundation Sealing & Waterproofing

This one was a little different from our typical insulation projects.

Water intrusion around the base of this grain bin required more than simply adding spray foam, so we built a multi-step system designed to seal and protect the entire metal-to-concrete transition.

We excavated approximately 2 feet around the perimeter of the bin to expose the foundation, removed the existing material, pressure washed, degreased and thoroughly prepped the surfaces.

From there, we installed a 4-stage sealing and protection system:

1️⃣ Sealant — Sealed the concrete joints and transition areas to address potential water-entry points.

2️⃣ Elastomeric waterproofing — Applied over the critical seams and transitions to create a flexible secondary water barrier.

3️⃣ Closed-cell spray foam — Applied continuously around the perimeter to insulate, air seal and provide another layer of protection across the foundation transition.

4️⃣ Protective exterior coating system — The exposed foam was primed and coated with an exterior protective finish to protect it from weather and UV exposure.

The result is a continuous system extending around the entire grain bin rather than relying on a single material to do everything.

Projects like this are exactly why proper preparation matters just as much as the final product.

🔥 AC RUNNING NONSTOP? HOUSE STILL TOO HOT? HIGH ENERGY BILLS?

💥 BOOM! YOUR ATTIC IS A SYSTEM — NOT JUST A PILE OF INSULATION. 💥

There’s a BIG misconception about attics…

It’s not just about throwing more insulation up there.

Your attic is a system, and everything needs to work together. 🏠

You can have a ton of insulation in your attic, but if you don’t have proper ventilation, the insulation isn’t the only thing you need to look at.

Your attic needs the right balance of LOW INTAKE + HIGH EXHAUST.

That can mean properly functioning soffit vents, baffles, ridge vents, gable vents, or properly sized powered exhaust fans—depending on how your attic is designed.

And those attic fans?

Bigger isn’t always better.

If your exhaust fan isn’t properly sized for the attic or you don’t have enough intake air, that fan can work overtime while your attic still isn’t ventilating the way it should.

Then there’s the insulation itself.

Blown-in cellulose can settle over time. If your insulation has settled, been disturbed, or simply isn’t at the proper depth anymore, you may not be getting the R-value you think you are.

So when was the last time you actually looked in your attic? 👀

If you can’t remember, don’t worry—we’ll do the dirty work for you.

At EZ Foam Insulation, we offer a FREE attic inspection & estimate.

We’ll take a look at the attic as a whole and check things like:

✅ Existing insulation & depth
✅ Signs of settling or inadequate coverage
✅ Soffit/intake ventilation
✅ Baffles
✅ Exhaust ventilation
✅ Attic fan sizing & operation
✅ Overall attic ventilation
✅ Opportunities to improve your home’s efficiency

Our goal isn’t just to say, “You need more insulation.”

We want to make sure your attic is functioning as a complete system.

Because your attic affects more than just insulation.

☀️ Better performance in the summer
❄️ Better performance in the winter
💨 Less strain on your HVAC system
💰 Potentially lower heating & cooling costs
🏠 A more comfortable home

Don’t assume your attic is doing its job just because there’s insulation up there.

Let EZ Foam Insulation come take a look.
