CONCRETE FOREMAN

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable concrete foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and execute concrete projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project manager to schedule concrete pours.
- Order accurate quantities of concrete and necessary materials for each job.
- Perform grading and compacting to prepare job sites.
- Set forms and tie rebar to specifications.
- Pour and finish concrete with various techniques (e.g., broom, trowel, stamped, etc.).
- Ensure work meets quality standards and project requirements.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher/Foreman.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Willing and able to travel to job sites throughout Southern Colorado.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

LABORER/FINISHER/OPERATOR

Job description:
We are seeking skilled concrete finishers, laborers, and equipment operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in excavation and/or concrete work and a passion for delivering high-quality results. This role involves working on various excavation and concrete projects. We are hiring multiple candidates for each role. Pay depends on experience.

Duties
- Prepare surfaces for concrete.
- Form, pour, and finish concrete.
- General construction labor
- Hand digging
- Install rebar and perform concrete forming as required by project specifications.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and heavy equipment safely to complete tasks efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed during the installation and finishing processes.
- Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean work environment while adhering to safety regulations.

Preffered skills:
- Proven experience in concrete finishing or related construction roles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment effectively.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Required skills:
- Ability to learn and work as a team.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation to shop or jobsite.

Good afternoon! We have some exciting news!

We are shifting our services to fewer but better services. You may have known us previously as an all around general contractor/remodeler. With recent work we have been getting and have signed onto, we have decided to let go of most of our previous services to focus on what we do best so that we can serve our customers the best possible way!

Starting September 1st 2025 we will no longer be accepting remodeling or repair work. Remodels, flooring, and basement finishes will no longer be available through us. We have great companies we work with so as always, if you are in need of a reputable recommendation, please reach out and we will point you in the right direction.

That being said, we are excited to be offering the following services exclusively to our current and future clients:
All concrete work (driveways, patios, retaining walls, monolithic slabs, foundations, and more)
Dirt work (site preparation, land clearing, excavation, and utilities)
Home building (full package home builds, custom, semi custom, tract homes, and home additions)

We appreciate everyone who has given us business throughout the years and we are excited to offer these great services to the Southern Colorado region for the foreseeable future.
