This was a huge project and we had so much fun! There were many curve balls and many valuable lessons learned 💪🏼

Our clients needed a one stop shop with clear communication to the guy with boots on the ground. We worked through their options and while things were tweaked differently along the way we finished with an amazing result!!

You’ll notice in one of our clips all the water on the ground. We use this practice to help pre-settle/ further compact our ground after previous attempts of a level yard failed for them. Mainly due to poor expandable soils. Regardless of our compaction practices this method is a sure fire way to help all additional settling that comes with time and Utah’s Freeze/Thaw cycles. Just one additional step making this project bulletproof 🙌🏼

When our clients came to us with more slope than space, WE SAW OPPORTUNITY!

We moved over 500,000 pounds of dirt and brought in 240,000 pounds of concrete block turning this hillside headache into a level usable paradise. They’re able to enjoy the backyard they’ve always wanted and the best part is our work has added so much VALUE to their home.

How are we the cleanest dirt guys? We know how to make your project a "balanced site." This means we SAVE YOU MONEY!!!

We were able to relocate all the material that was generated from our excavation to other parts of our clients property that CREATED VALUE for them and their home!!

What was once an encroaching mountain became an Amphitheater like atmosphere. We cut back the mountain 15'+ creating a flat play space where it was once unsuitable for anything but a walkway. We also installed a new retaining wall where the client remarked, "Your wall is actually much better and straighter than what our other contractor did."

Now that we generated over 1000 tons of dirt we were able to keep it on site and resolved some of their slope conflicts. A lot of the dirt went to create a MASSIVE parking area! We were also able to help our avid gardening client by creating terraces that they will be using for the first time starting in a couple of months.

They are planning to have us come back in the spring to help with the next phase of finishing up our flat spaces with landscaping and I can't wait to make their dreams come true.
