A look back at our recent AIA Rhode Island construction tour.

Attendees went behind the scenes of the phased renovation of a historic 1939 residence hall, getting a firsthand look at how the project team is preserving the building’s historic character while incorporating modern systems, accessibility improvements, and life safety upgrades.

Thank you to the project team for sharing their expertise and giving us an inside look at historic rehabilitation in progress, and to everyone who joined us for the tour.

Join AIA Rhode Island for our networking night at Topgolf Rhode Island. This event is open to all Rhode Island design professionals looking to improve their golf game while enjoying a fun night out at Topgolf.

AIAri Action Alert – Time Sensitive! 🚨

The Advisory Council on Historic Preservation is seeking a vote by Friday, July 24 on a sweeping rewrite of the regulations implementing Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act—changes that would reduce public input, limit the role of preservation experts and local communities, and weaken protections for historic places.

AIAri urges members to act now.
