RNC Mechanical is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We’re searching for someone dependable, motivated, and confident leading residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish.

Responsibilities
• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
• Install furnaces, condensers, air handlers, heat pumps, mini splits, and ductwork
• Train and oversee apprentices/helpers on jobsites
• Read blueprints and ensure installations are code compliant
• Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
• Troubleshoot installation issues and maintain quality workmanship

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and lead a crew
• Clean and professional appearance
• MA and/or RI HVAC licensing preferred but not required
