Friday QC check. Two thumbs up means the floating bench seat framing is exactly where it needs to be.

This is what a bathroom remodel looks like before the tile goes up. Laser level dialed in, insulation set, framing tight. Every decision made at this stage shows up in the finished product, which is exactly why we do not skip steps.

The old deck had seen better days. Weathered boards, worn railings, no real patio space to speak of. This homeowner wanted more from their backyard and we delivered.

School's out Friday. Memorial Day is around the corner and your backyard is about to become the most used space in your house.

Large format marble tile on the lower walls, a decorative border strip at mid-height, smaller marble tile continuing to the ceiling, mosaic tile floor, frameless glass enclosure, built-in corner soap shelf, and that antique bronze gooseneck shower head. Every detail was thought through -- and it shows.

Freestanding soaking tub, custom oak double vanity, dark granite, matte black fixtures throughout, geometric floor tile -- and then that shower. Herringbone accent panel, subway tile walls, built-in niche, penny tile floor. The whole room is a statement.
