10 weeks. We demo'd this space in 2 days then had to wait 3 months for the city to approve permitting. We came in hot and heavy starting on april 6th. This week we helped set up furniture and our "broom" clean. Detail clean coming this weekend. Unfortunately, we were stood up yesterday by city inspectors. Just waiting for the final CO before The Back Nine Golf - Louisville - Holiday Manor can start welcoming their golfers into this space.

New layout
New fixtures
New floor
New Walls and paint
New camera system
New door system
New IT
New men's/women's lockers
Updated sprinkler system
And state of the art golf simulators and putting green

When we say we can do anything, its not just talk!

I know where you will find us!
