It’s not always the “big” jobs that make the most impact for a homeowner. I was happy to step in and clean these stairs up.

Installing your tread caps and risers as tight as possible Is the goal, sometimes it just doesn’t work out that way. A little separation from the stair and skirt board can be unsightly.

Again, not preferred but in this case some caulk work and paint went a long way. Super clean end result!
