Today marks the 11th annual Bowl Hole Charity Event! This year’s cause supports throat cancer, with proceeds going directly to a local family affected by the disease.

Project #656
A recent basement finish in Victoria. This basement features a shiplap wall with floating shelves illuminated by puck lights with a centrally located electric fireplace. On the other end, a wet bar for entertaining.
Overall a nice and cozy spot to gather with your friends and family.

Project #655 and #650
A couple porches that were wrapped up this week. Both customers wanted a 3 season porch that can be used year round.
The ez breeze windows offer complete wind blockage on the cooler windy days and can easily turn into a standard screen panel on those perfect summer days. The 36” gas fireplace is equipped with a fan and remote thermostat to allow equal ambient temperature.

Project #587
This project was both a remodel and insurance claim.
Brand Co. negotiated: new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, backsplash, wide plank oak flooring, doors and trim after this family came home to a leaking dishwasher.

Roofing Fact!
Some older house use nominal boards on the roof system when built.
Over the years the planks can spread and are no longer a solid deck.
This house needs all new sheathing for a secure shingle install.

This customer in the Deerfield neighborhood had a “dead” living room and wanted a larger kitchen to bring the space to life. They had a great vision and this is what they saw.

Just wrapped up this project. The scope was: Full Bar, Living Room, Guest bedroom, Full Bathroom, Game Area, Hockey room, Exercise Room, Workshop , and finally an under deck conversion into a 4 season porch with a wood burning fireplace.
