Every homeowner has a vision for what their home could become. Our job is to take that vision, combine it with quality craftsmanship, and bring it to life.

For this Minnetonka project, we completed a major addition featuring a new master suite and private lounge above the garage, while transforming the entire exterior with a new roof, LP® SmartSide® siding, new windows and doors, garage doors, updated lighting, and all new concrete, including the driveway, apron, and front entry walkway.

The result is a home that feels completely renewed, with every detail coming together as though it was always meant to be there.

We’re grateful to our clients for trusting Covenant Building & Remodeling to turn their dream into reality. Seeing their excitement as they stepped back and looked at the finished home is what makes projects like this so rewarding.

Another incredible kitchen transformation wrapped up in Bloomington! 🔥

This remodel completely reimagined the space with all new cabinetry, countertops, refinished hardwood floors, and a redesigned pantry layout that dramatically improved both storage and functionality.

The deep blue backsplash brings a bold pop of color and contrast while keeping the overall design clean, timeless, and modern. But the true centerpiece of this kitchen is the custom island with attached seating space — giving the homeowners extra seating, additional storage, and more prep space without overcrowding the room. The result is a kitchen that feels larger, brighter, and built for real everyday living.

We love creating spaces that not only look beautiful, but completely change how a home functions for the family using it every day.

Big transformation underway in Prior Lake. 🔨

We’ve officially started this full bathroom remodel and demo is complete. The original layout had a large built-in tub, dated tile throughout, and a closed-in shower that made the space feel dark and heavy. Now we’re down to the framing and getting ready to completely reimagine the space with a fresh new design and upgraded functionality.

What’s going in:
• Custom walk-in shower
• Heated floors for everyday comfort 🔥
• Updated flooring and premium finishes
• Modern vanity and lighting
• Improved layout and functionality
• A brighter, cleaner, more modern look overall

This is one of the best parts of a remodel—stripping everything back and rebuilding it the right way. Stay tuned as this Prior Lake bathroom gets a complete transformation!

Back at it—and this one was worth the wait. 🔥

We just wrapped up this full kitchen remodel last fall, and it completely transformed the heart of the home.

From the oversized island with seating to the custom cabinetry taken all the way to the ceiling, every detail was built for both function and style. The warm wood floors paired with the light cabinetry and quartz countertops give it that clean, high-end feel—while the layout keeps everything practical for everyday use.

✔️ Custom cabinets
✔️ Quartz countertops
✔️ Full backsplash + under-cabinet lighting
✔️ Upgraded appliances
✔️ Open-concept layout

Safe to say… this is where everyone’s going to end up during get-togethers.

If you’ve been thinking about upgrading your space, now’s the time. We’re booking projects for the upcoming season.
