One more knocked out to end the week and one more satisfied client. This client got estimates for her roof from 2 out of town companies. Both estimates were thousands more than what I quoted the job for. She said ā€œIā€™m glad I went with you and I know itā€™s done rightā€. Thatā€™s the peace of mind I want my clients to have. With that being said, thanks to my clients we ended the month on a strong note. With the new construction build, remodels, and roofs we purchased $94,000 in materials this month alone from 3 local businesses. Support local!

We were able to squeeze this little job in to assist these clients who were buying this house. This is a fairly new house and the step flashing on the roof was not properly installed leaving it literally wide open to leak. We came in, cut into the brick, and bent and installed the correct flashing. Even though this contractor didnā€™t roof this house itā€™s the responsibility of a GC to check and make sure all the subcontractors jobs are done correctly. Iā€™m glad this was caught before thousands of dollars of damage occurred.

While their restaurant was closed Tuesday, our crew:

šŸ  Tore off and replaced the entire roof ā€” 5:00 AM Tuesday to 1:00 AM Wednesday

šŸ’¦ Included a full exterior wash of the building and sidewalks

šŸŒ… Started washing at daylight Wednesday morning

ā° Had the walls and sidewalks cleaned and ready before the restaurant opened

We made a big promise to this client, and our team worked hard to keep it. Thatā€™s what we doā€”show up, work hard, and get the job done.

Moving along on another project weā€™ve got going as well. Weā€™re transforming this closed in carport into a master bed and bathroom. This bath will feature an onyx shower system and a stand alone tub as well. All the subcontractors are done with rough ins and itā€™s now ready for drywall.
