We’re Busier Than Ever! 🚧

It’s been a busy season at Northland Dirt, and we’re grateful for everyone who has trusted us with their projects. Here’s a look at one of our larger jobs from recently.

This project required a full soil correction after unsuitable soils were discovered beneath a new home. We excavated over 4 feet below the foundation, installed more than 2 feet of structural rock, placed geotextile fabric, and then backfilled the remaining depth with engineered sand to bring the site back up to footing grade.

Projects like this require careful planning, precision, and the right equipment to ensure a solid foundation that will last for generations.
