Did you know you have options when it comes to who restores your home or business?
Although we are partnered with adjuster's and insurance companies - It due to the quality and efficiency we provide NOT pay outs. We have had insurance provider tell client's they have a preferred provider - which is typically based off $$ not quality.
We have ran into big franchises from Spanish Fork and over the mountain being a preferred provider and informing client's that is who they need to go with. This is NOT true.
You have the right to pick who you want to mitigate and restore your property, of course they should be insured, licensed, and certified but you don't have to partner with your insurances preference 2 hours away. The preferred provider often pays a percentage to the insurance to be the first call or has agreement set in place that benefits them, not you.
We want to encourage locals to CHOOSE LOCAL and here is why -
Faster emergency response:
Water, fire, and mold damage get worse by the hour. A nearby crew can arrive much faster than a company dispatching from another market or juggling multiple territories. Restoration is heavily dependent on quick mitigation.
You deal directly with owners or decision-makers:
Local independents usually don’t have layers of corporate approval. If something goes wrong, you can often call the owner directly instead of a regional manager or call center.
More accountability:
A local company survives on community reputation and referrals.
They can’t disappear behind a national brand name. Multiple industry writeups note that independents compete by emphasizing relationship depth and service quality over brand recognition.
Better understanding of local conditions:
Local crews know regional weather patterns, building styles, contractors, inspectors, and insurance adjusters. That matters in mountain and rural areas where access, freeze damage, snow load, and older construction can create unique problems.
More flexibility:
Franchise systems often require standardized pricing, vendors, software, and procedures. Independent companies can usually adapt faster to unusual jobs or homeowner requests.
Less corporate overhead:
Franchises typically pay royalties and marketing fees to the parent company. Industry sources note those costs can influence pricing and operations. ( Which is why Restore Wizard went independent - To better serve YOU! )
Consistency of crew:
With local companies, the people who start the job are more likely to finish it. Large franchises sometimes rely more heavily on rotating subcontractors or catastrophe crews brought in from elsewhere during busy seasons.
Money stays in the community:
Independent businesses generally recirculate more revenue locally than national chains.
Protect your investments and hard work, choose Restore Wizard to ensure full-service, quality, restoration.
