Details that make all the difference. ✨

We can’t get enough of this stunning Edward Martin tile paired with Arizona Tile Lagos Ivory on the shower pan and bathroom floor.

Finished with the timeless elegance of the Tone plumbing collection, this space is the perfect balance of understated luxury and design. 🛁🏠

Hader Homes is officially the #1 Best General Contractor and #2 New Home Builder in the quad city area! 🏆

Three years ago, Kyle said, “We’re good at this. Let’s start a business.” The very next day he called and said, “We have the LLC.”

What followed has been countless hours, hard work, problem-solving, and more than a few challenges, but every bit of it has been worth it.

To be recognized among 1,200 nominated businesses and earn a spot as one of just 120 winners is an incredible honor.

We had two big goals this year: break into the million-dollar custom home market and win this competition.
We NEVER imagined we’d get to celebrate both in the same year.

We’d be so grateful for your support in voting for Hader Homes in the Daily Courier’s Readers’ Choice Awards! We’re honored to be in the final round and in the top five for both New Home Builder and General Contractor. 📲🛠️🏆🎬🥇

On a personal note, we’re stepping into year three of business with three custom homes currently in progress, and it still feels a little surreal. This journey has taken grit. Long nights, constant planning, and a deep commitment to doing things the right way. Every project reflects our dedication to quality and to the clients who trust us.

We’ve dreamed big and worked extremely hard to get here. Winning would truly mean the world to us. Thank you for being part of our story.
