Remember this crawl space with high moisture levels? A few days with a dehumidifier and fan, along with our v***r barrier laid out brought that moisture right down to acceptable spray conditions.
Laid in 3” of Quadrant Performance Materials Enviroseal Closed cell spray foam from innovativefoamsolutions to fully seal this crawl space. No frozen pipes here!!

It would have been easy to shrug this off and just spray the job. A small crawlspace. It'll be fine. But we check environmental conditions and moisture on every job. The maximum moisture content of what we spray on is 18%. Hated to pull off this job today, but I educated the customer on what he can do to help bring the moisture down and we got the v***r barrier laid in the crawlspace to help with it.
Doing the right thing isn't always convenient, but it's part of who we are as a company. We'll check back in a couple of days and get this job sprayed when the moisture is below the acceptable levels.

Thank you to Rug’s Northern Dumpsters, LLC for the excellent service providing a dumpster for our latest job. Siding came off and we’ll be blowing fiberglass in the walls of this cabin!
