🔨 Kris Brogden | Field Construction Manager
Kris oversees the day-to-day construction in the field, coordinating trades and making sure each phase of the build is completed with quality and attention to detail.

📋 Elizabeth Brogden | Project Manager
Elizabeth oversees each project from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors while managing selections, schedules, and all the details that keep each build moving forward.

✨ Candace Thompson | Dixie Designs LLC | Interior Designer
Candace brings each home together through thoughtful design, beautiful finishes, and selections that give every Southern Scapes home its own unique character.
