Our friends with McDonald’s recently acquired a former Burger King location with plans to demolish it and give the property the ultimate fast-food makeover.

Unfortunately, before the transformation could begin, an unauthorized “copper recycling crew” stripped much of the wiring and turned the abandoned building into an unofficial extended-stay—moving in by the dozen.

Following a swift eviction, KeyMow secured the entire facility, boarded every accessible opening, removed unsafe exterior components, and helped coordinate security to protect the surrounding community—as well as prevent anyone from returning to an uninhabitable structure.

We do a lot more than landscaping here at KeyMow. When a commercial property needs to be cleaned, secured, restored, or reclaimed, we’re ready to handle it.

No grass? No problem. We still get the property handled.
