Modern beach house in Louisiana?! 🤩 This has been such a fun build for a dear friend. From the one-of-a-kind turtle sink we’ve guarded with our lives to the shell chandelier in the puppy’s room, this house is sprinkled with beach/ocean touches throughout. On a more technical side, she has thought of everything from a generator to get through hurricane season to a Versa Lift system to make unloading and loading the attic easier. A few minor touches left, but she’s ready to move in!
