🌟💚💙 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH SPOTLIGHT! 💙💚🌟
Help us give a HUGE round of applause to our very own Montana Sanders, Elite Waste & Construction Services’ Employee of the Month! 🎉👏🏽
If you’ve ever called Elite, chances are Montana was the first friendly voice you heard on the other end of the phone! But what you may not know is that she is truly the backbone of our office and the heartbeat behind our daily operations!
Since joining the Elite family, Montana has brought a level of organization, efficiency, warmth, and comfort that has made all the difference. She keeps our office running smoothly, brings a positive attitude to every situation, and never hesitates to roll up her sleeves and tackle whatever comes her way.
She’s dependable, hardworking, thoughtful, and an absolute JOY to work alongside. Montana doesn’t just get the job done—she makes everyone around her feel valued in the process. And that’s something we don’t take for granted!
And because being ELITE doesn’t stop when the workday ends, Montana is also an entrepreneur! She’s the proud owner of Magnolia Marsh, her very own car freshie business! 🌸🚗 We love seeing our team members pursue their passions and build something of their own!
Montana, we see you, we appreciate you, and we are so grateful to have you as part of the Elite family! You are more than deserving of this recognition. 💐
Now, we need EVERYONE to help us show Montana some LOVE today! Drop a 💚 in the comments, give her a shoutout, and be sure to support her small business, Magnolia Marsh!
Because at Elite, we believe in celebrating the people who make us GREAT!
💙💚 We are ELITE, and so are YOU, Montana! 💚💙
