We did what we do best & took this situation from a MESS, to DON'T STRESS‼️🐔🐔🐔😎💪🏼💪🏼

Corners cut on real estate inspections can really miss serious problems for suspecting buyers and home owners.

Some companies rarely dig up access ports or even do complete inspections of system integrity when it's time for Re Certification.... We treat every home as if it's our own, thoroughly going over points of inspection to hold the highest standard for our customers and their property.

This was a fairly new system, only a couple years old at a property that was unoccupied for some time.

Even being rarely used since its install, large roots have already intruded the system and grown right under the main line. The perfect condition for a big back up. 🚫🚫🚽
