A failed blower motor was the reason for the service call.

Once the repair was completed, we noticed the outdoor unit was still struggling. The condenser coil was completely packed with debris, causing high operating temperatures and reducing efficiency.

Rather than adding another charge, we cleaned the coil and made sure the system was operating properly.

We can replace parts all day long, but helping people is what truly makes this work rewarding.
