Phase 1 complete!

One of my favorite TimberTech combinations yet: Dark Cocoa border with Coconut Husk decking for the perfect chocolate peanut butter look.

This project also features RailFX railings, a concealed rubber bladder drainage system creating a dry living space below, and a new fan/light combo for the covered patio.

Next up: a custom pool deck and paver patio. Stay tuned.
