Construction is well underway at the Union Park development in Fort Collins, Colo. This Landmark Homes community will feature apartments, townhomes and carriage homes with contemporary architecture, accompanied by a retail block that offers daycare and premium office space. Residents will enjoy resort-style amenities including a pool, expansive green spaces, a pet spa, golf simulator, community meeting area and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

NSPJ recently volunteered to pack meals for children in need around the world through Feed My Starving Children, hosted by NorthPoint Development. The meals of rice, soy, dried vegetables and vitamins are designed to reverse and prevent undernutrition.

From Our Vault: Built on Weatherby Lake, the Camelot Castle was designed to make a grand impression through its castle-inspired character, scale and detail. Dramatic arched openings, layered pointed roof forms and turret-like volumes define the residence, while an expansive rear deck offers panoramic views of the lake.

At the Rec-Centric Apartments, recreation is a catalyst for authentic connection. Located across from Shawnee Mission Park, this multifamily community offers a variety of amenities for active residents through a swimming pool, CrossFit area, outdoor firepits, kayak and canoe rentals, a golf simulator, a rooftop courtyard and an activity coach who leads organized social programming. A scullery provides a dedicated space for preparation, allowing the kitchen to remain open and inviting--and mess-free. With a separate sink, dishwasher, counters and cabinetry, this out of sight secondary kitchen allows the host to preserve the aesthetics of their main space and concentrate on connecting with family and friends.
