Quite an overhaul to this bathroom ... Moving a wall to accommodate the new 6'x 4-1/2' shower ... Vinyl floor to all tile, move a door out and into living space to give more wall space in the bathroom . All in all, it turned out pretty nice.

Another bathroom remodel all finished.

This bathroom use to be part of the living room, but the necessity for a main floor shower and toilet gave way to this .... Usually we just have the inside to take care of, but with new walls here, and although a different finish, we were able to use the same old baseboard to tie things back into place.

Another deck (simple but big) is in the books. Actually an addition to the deck at the entrance. Almost 260 square feet. Nice place off the round to sit and enjoy. Now they'll need to get more patio furniture.

Another full Bathroom Remodel is about to be completed ... new everything from tub/shower to the fan, lights, vanity with Granite top, med cabinet and cabinet above the new toilet. Nice vinyl flooring capped with tile up 4 feet on all walls (except at the tub walls). We even have a new door as well as a new door on the linen closet ... well, since this one had to be reordered it'll be installed next week. All in all turning out pretty nice ... pictures coming soon

Finished work at our first commercial job. It was small, but turned out pretty good. 1 wall to form a conference room, and another to divide the room and give a large area for a larger sign on the interior. We did run into some troubles at the beginning, but in the end (with some changes) the basic ideas of the customer remained quite similar.

Well, it's starting to cool off more in the evenings that's for sure ... Down to 25 last night (so far) ... It's gonna be quite chilly putting in our garage door today before Nathaniel heads back out to the field.

The brick were supposed to stay, however many had fallen away in the inner wall and the outer would not have been solid enough to hold the weight of the porch and roof ... so we went with posts. some day they may rebuild the brick wall under it again, but it will not need to be part of the structural
integrity, merely decoration at that point.
