Here is a laundry room ceiling that had damage due to repairs from leaks in upstairs plumbing. We put in a shiplap pvc ceiling which looks great and can be removed if there are ever in plumbing issues in the future. Here in Broadacres. We also took the opportunity and upgraded the lighting with some flush mount can lights and a new heat and air register.

We just finished up this one in Broadacres. We removed the old deck and built a landing with stairs. Handrail with spindles and cap lights. Hidden deck screws and framed in the deck boards on the deck and stairs so no unfinished edges. Then installed lattice and trim under the deck, stairs and sunroom.
