As a result of the building pad residing on the side of a hill with a retaining wall:

• Installed drainage system around the perimeter (450 feet total)
• Tied in downspouts and sump pump into drainage system

Our customers will be able to enjoy their new pole barn for years to come!

We recently completed this master bathroom project. We removed the wall between the bathroom and bedroom. We built a new wall on the corner of the closet which almost doubled the bathroom’s square footage by utilizing a space that was a hallway/make-up vanity. We also moved the back wall of the shower about 18” into the adjoining bedroom where there was an under-utilized nook. That increased the size of the shower enough to add a bench and custom built niche. We had remodeled their children’s bathroom earlier this summer and now it was time for Mom and Dad to have their own oasis! We hope they enjoy their new bathrooms!

We completed this guest/kid’s bathroom a few weeks ago. We took half the room down to the studs, installed a new tub, waterproofed the bathtub walls and then installed marble-look ceramic wall tiles. New light fixtures, a new recessed light above the shower and white tile all came together to brighten the space. Stay tuned for pictures of their master bathroom that we are currently transforming. This is a quick laundry room update/repair we are working on. We replaced the vinyl floors with porcelain tiles, which we will be grouting today. We also had to replace and repair drywall from a jetted tub that was leaking down to this room.

This a before/after of a master bathroom we updated recently. The whole bathroom was taken down to the studs and completely redone. The shower is floor to ceiling with tile, niches for storage and a quartz bench and curb.
