We successfully installed a new outdoor electric sump pump and installed multiple layers of erosion and excelsior fabric to help with wash out and prevent pine straw from sliding on steep hill along with new boulder wall, erosion preventing plants and natural stone path. We also installed a new french drain & dry creek (not pictured) to help alleviate water issues coming from neighboring property as well! 😃
