For those continuing to follow our page.... we are still building, but the houses are selling before we can even get started on them. We have 4 to build that are already contracted. We will post again when we actually have house under construction that will be for sale.thank you for continuing to follow our page.

I am not sure who sent me a message about the house on 19th. I got notification but Facebook isn’t letting me open messages.
The house presently being built on NW 19th went under contract only a few weeks after it was started. At this time it is under contract but we would look at backup offers in case deal fell through for some reason. We currently have 2 homes under construction but both are under contract. We are not sure when will will start another one due to rising lumber cost. We are trying to keep these houses as affordable as possible and still add extras like spray foam insulation metal roofs stained concrete etc. We will post again as soon as we are sure we can build a quality home at affordable price.

For those of you following our page for updates on new houses: we currently have 2 homes under construction and both are already under contract. We will update when we have started the next home.

For those of you checking our page for updates on the houses... the last one sold before we finished it. We have already started another... but... it has already sold also. I will keep site updated when we start on the next one that will be for sale. It will be different floor plan and is going to be a great house. Stay tuned...

Rock was put on the house today and it looks fabulous! Just like a few finishing touches left on the inside. Will be on the market soon!

New house framing was started this weekend and is coming along great. 3 bedroom 2 bath on a beautiful tree shaded lot. Will have sprayed foam insulation, insulated doors and windows, stained concrete floors, custom cabinets and metal roof.
