We are hiring!! Dan Risner & Son Excavating is currently hiring a diesel and heavy equipment mechanic.

Job Responsibilities:
* Perform preventative maintenance (PM), diagnostics, and repairs on light, medium, and heavy-duty diesel vehicles and excavating equipment.
* Conduct DOT inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
* Use diagnostic software to identify issues accurately.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent.
* Experience as a diesel mechanic or completion of a diesel tech program.
* Valid driver's license; CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain).
* Own set of tools.
* ASE certifications are a major plus.
* Positive attitude. �
