We love this colorful ADU!

This studs-out renovation transformed the space into a cozy, private suite with heated floors throughout. Our creative client wasn’t afraid of color and wanted a little glam. So naturally, purple became part of the story. 💜

It feels warm, personal, and completely her.

Check out our latest article in Bainbridge Island Living Magazine about older homes and why choosing the right contractor matters.

What are you dreaming of renovating? 🏡

Some of the best projects start with an area of the home ready to be reimagined.

We help homeowners bring new life to older homes through thoughtful planning, a clear process, and quality construction.

We love that our process aligns the project before we ever get to the construction contract.

Thoughtful project development creates better communication, clearer expectations, more accurate budgeting, and a smoother construction experience overall.

Take a look at our article about developing the project first in Bainbridge Island Living Magazine.

At Evola Builds, we believe that helping you design and develop the project is an agreement that comes before the construction contract.

Three buildings reimagined into one cohesive home.

We took the original farmhouse down to studs, reworked the layout, and corrected structural conditions along the way, including leveling floors and making field adjustments to bring everything back into alignment.

The goal was to preserve what mattered and integrate it with new work in a way that feels intentional, not pieced together.
Original fir floors were maintained and infilled as needed, with new windows, doors, and trim selected to complement the character of the home. A spacious, light-filled bathroom brings in a spa-like feel.

Ready for its next chapter on the Hood Canal.
