We recently completed this small drainage project in Union Vale. Surface and groundwater had really taken their toll on this gravel driveway. Our solution was the installation of a French drain above the driveway and at the base of the hill. Now the water has a clear path to the drainage ditch on the side of the property.

My team and I could not be any more grateful to be a part of this amazing project at Sparrow's Nest new nest in Poughquag.

The amazing Bill Murphy of Performance Landscape Construction is ready to lay bricks at our new home.

Your first opportunity to purchase a brick along our pathway is coming to a close. Take this opportunity to commemorate a loved one, dedicate a brick to someone who inspires you, or leave a lasting legacy by placing a brick in your own name. Our shop closes Wednesday night and all bricks purchased by our deadline will be amongst the first to be put in the ground this March.

If you miss this opportunity, the next bricklaying will take place in late Fall. This is one of the finishing touches needed to complete our 7,000 square-foot-home in Beekman. Help us celebrate all the people we love.

In progress in East Fishkill - a Unilock NY-Mid-Atlantic rebuild! The two pictures is the front entry we redseigned using the existing materials last winter. The third is this years project in the backyard. We disassembled a failing block wall and are installing a new, more functional layout with the existing materials. More on this project when we wrap it up soon.

This nice stretch of weather has us out getting things done! This week we will be installing a septic in Verbank, and a retaining wall with steps in Hopewell.

Our first new project of 2023 has been off to a good start. This project includes 2 tiered Outcropping retaining walls, a large outdoor kitchen, and patio. All of the materials are . Today we got a good start on the upper tiered wall after finishing the bottom wall yesterday. The outcropping wall material has been really nice to work with.
